Simply print, fill in form and scan it to email back, or or fill out in store, to activate your account.
Please nominate a contact person at the top of the form.
Encourage your community to contribute to your points, promote it in your newsletter and website. We can help!
Parents, friends and staff can then contribute to points (just mention school / kinder name at time of purchase)
Receive 5 reward points for every dollar spent.
Once accumulated 500 points ($5 dollars store credit), the school can redeem.
Only the contact person has access to the use of points, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Your points tally will be sent to your elected administrator on a monthly basis.
