ADD A TOUCH OF THE TROPICS
I'm in Vietnam at the moment, and the Bougainvilleas are looking absolutely spectacular!
Here's a trio to bring a touch of the tropics to your garden.

Dwarf Bougainvillea 'Jellibene'

Add a pop of colour to your garden with this spectacular show stopper. The Bougainvillea Bambino Jellibene is a compact, bushy shrub that produces variegated foliage and red bracts that bloom for most of the year. As its name suggests, it is a smaller bred plant that is perfect for your favourite pot, courtyard, topiary or hedging. You can also create a showy display by planting it in a hanging pot.

Mandevilla 'Aloha White'

This variety offers luminating white trumpet shaped flowers with bright green, glossy foliage resulting in a plant that absolutely radiates in the sun. As with all Aloha Mandevilla, Bright White will climb, trail or cascade if given the chance,
but otherwise will retain a neat, compacty, shrub-like habit.
Flowers late winter through to autumn.
Aloha Mandevillas enjoy full sun positions with free-draining soils. They will withstand high heats and will benefit from organically enriched soils.
Unlike the vigorous climbing habit of the traditional varieties from the Aloha series, Bright White will retain a neat compact, shrub-like habit. Given the chance it will also climb beautifully up a lattice or wall, producing an abundance of big white trumpet flowers.
Perfect for climbing up lattice or walls, trailing in the garden or cascading from baskets.
Plant in free draining soils and water in well for the first 3 weeks. Will tolerate short periods of dryness, but is best kept moist during summer. Trim lightly to promote new growth and flowering.

Impatiens 'Sunpatiens Pink'
For a tropical effect and beautiful presentation, Sunpatiens can't be beat.
Features a uniform habit, with glossy green leaves and large right flowers. Sun tolerant. Perfect for spot planting or container displays.
Use as a landscape plant, in pots, baskets or mixed containers in any situation, from shade to full sun, and you will be rewarded with brilliant colour from spring right throughout the hottest summer until the first frosts. SunPatiens have incredible heat tolerance, and will continue to grow and bloom after planting. Easy to grow and care for, feed with a slow release fertiliser when first planted, water in well and watch them go!
