You don’t need to be a purist native plant grower!
I love the way the new cultivars of native plants fit perfectly in a more traditional European flowering landscape to create a modern native garden. You can mix the two as both offer the alluring flowers to native birds and pollinators.

CHAMELAUCIUM LEEMAN PEARL

I recently visited Leeman WA and caught up with an old mate from high school. Leeman Pearl makes me think of good times. This white Geraldton Wax hybrid features pure white blooms with a lemon centre. These waxy blooms flower for an extended period complimented by a backdrop of fresh, green fine foliage creating a wonderful display. Ideal as a cut flower it’s not likely mine will reach its full height of approximately 3m high and 1.5m wide. Prefers an open sunny or partly shaded position and grows in a wide range of free-draining soils. Tolerant of hot dry conditions and has a low water requirement once established.

POLYGALA 'LITTLE BIBI'
This exciting NEW Polygala introduction, offering excellent garden attributes, making it ideal for a wide range of conditions. A naturally dwarf evergreen shrub with blue grey green leaves. It flowers heavily with its main flush in spring/summer, and continuously throughout the remainder of the year with pretty mauve/purple pea like flowers. Heat and frost hardy, this tough plant is ideal for most sunny gardens or in pots to brighten up entertainment area. Although naturally compact, prune to shape if desired after main flowering period. Grows in a neat compact ball up to 70cm.

CAMPANULA 'CATHARINA'

Colourful trailing ground cover fun to 15cm. Long flowering with a perfusion of pretty mauve bell flowers from spring into winter.
Mass plant as ground cover edging for garden beds, paths or paved areas. Also suitable for pots and hanging baskets in a broad range of conditions from full sun to part shade

C alathea Maui Queen in Ribbed Base Pot

Calathea Maui Queen is a regal, lush, tropical plant with long leaves which feature alternating shades of green with white accents across the midrib. They go very well in an indoor environment to create a tropical look, can be planted in a terrarium or a pot. We have paired this in a white ribbed base pot which uses a neutral white colour to bring out the vibrancy of the foliage.

Olea europaea - Frantoio

Olea europaea 'Frantoio' is a Mediterranean olive tree known for its exceptional olive oil production. It has gray-green elliptical leaves and small to medium-sized olives that turn from green to dark purple when ripe. 'Frantoio' olives yield high-quality, fruity, and peppery extra virgin olive oil.
