Euky Dwarf is a small slender tree with open canopy of light green foliage, clean trunk with some basal bark; massed red, pink or occasionally cream nectar-rich blossoms late autumn to early summer. Pertect for small gardens, streetscapes or copse plantings. Suitable for cool temperate, sub tropical and semi arid climates, in well drained clay loams or sandy soils, neutral to acid or low alkaline pH. Feed with low phosphorus native fertiliser.

2 tablespoon caster sugar or honey
3 large sprigs lemon verbena
boiling water
Place the sugar and lemon verbena sprigs in a heatproof jug or teapot. Pour the boiling water on top and gently stir a few times to dissolve the sugar. Set aside to infuse for at least 5 minutes before serving, or wait until it cools then pour into glasses filled with plenty of ice.
Lemon Verbena is a tall perennial herb with strongly lemon scented leaves. Sprays of tiny white or purple flowers appear in summer.
