GIFTS-2-GO! A Staff Favourite... Kalanchoe Kalanchoe is a tropical & sub-tropical perennial that grows to around 30cm in height. It is a succulent and has fleshy, glossy & bright green leaves with a wavy or frilly edges. (Some varieties maybe red tinged.) The leaves are attractive but it's the flowers that catch the eye! Dense heads full of small blooms will completely take over the plant. Kalanchoe can create a sea of beautiful colours for months at a time.

HARDENBERGIA VIOLACEA 'HAPPY WANDERER' There are very few climbers that I recommend as they tend to take over. This is an exception because it flowers in winter and it is a compact variety of the original. In winter and spring it produces a mass of showy, rich violet-mauve, pea-like flowers. A fast-growing, native evergreen climber with leathery, dark green leaves ideal for covering fences, walls and pergolas.
Grow in a sunny position in free draining soil. Tolerant of most soils and conditions, some shade and light frosts. Responds well to hard pruning. Keep moist in dry weather.
