Camellia 'Sweet Jane' 250 mm

Camellia 'Sweet Jane' is by far the longest flowering pink Camellia. Sweet Jane is a Victorian bred hybrid variety that can flower for 5 – 6 months of the year. Rose pink buds open to masses of white/blush pink blooms edged soft pink to pink. New growth in Autumn and Spring has a beautiful coppery deep red hue over its bushy upright foliage. It grows 2-3m and can be planted in sun or shade. Prepare the soil with pure magic compost when planting and ensure regular watering through summer. It’s a great time to fertilise with Azalea and Camellia fertiliser to stimulate flower production. Planted as a hedge or specimen Sweet Jane will delight you with flowers Autumn and Winter.
