Description
A slow growing evergreen shrub that requires minimal pruning to maintain its compact, columnar shape.
Cultural
Prefers a moist well drained soil in a sunny to partly shaded position. For best results fertilise with a long term slow release fertilizer in early Spring, and prune to shape when required.
Landscape Uses
This variety is very hardy and ideal for smaller gardens, pots and containers, plus it makes a great addition to the herb garden. It is suitable for hedging tight spaces within the landscape. Minimal water requirements. Its dried leaves are used in cooking and so it is an essential plant in any kitchen garden.
