Masdevallia orchids thrive in cool to intermediate conditions with bright, indirect light and high humidity (70-90%). Keep roots constantly moist using pure water, avoiding dryness or waterlogging.
Use a fine, free-draining orchid mix and ensure good air circulation to prevent rot. Feed lightly with a balanced orchid fertilizer every 2-3 weeks during active growth. Protect from harsh midday sun, temperature extremes, and dry air. Regularly remove spent leaves and flowers to maintain plant health and encourage strong, continuous growth.
