Thyme 'Orange Spice’ is a sun loving, low growing herb that forms a scented border for the herb garden. 

Thyme can be used in all stages of cooking. Early for strong flavour in soups, casseroles etc, late for stir fries and salads or as a garnish for any savoury dish. It is high in many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are essential for good health. Orange spice adds zest to any herbal tea. 

Plant in dry exposed spots with fun sun and good air movement. It needs little water and will die in heavy wet soils.
