Sansevieria trifasciata in Arta White Pot with Stand

Sansevieria, Mother-in-law’s tongue or snake plant is a striking indoor that is easy to look after. Water when the soil is dry, rarely over a winter and more often during summer. Position in a bright room away from direct sun for ideal growing conditions, or the snake plant can tolerate lower light where it will grow more slowly.

Banana Mint
Mentha arvensis piperascens 'Banana'

A mint with a candy banana flavour. It has a strong banana taste making it a great tea herb for desserts and sauces.

Partners well with other mints, scented geraniums, fruity sages and lemon thyme for teas and sweet dishes.

Finely chop leaves and use them in sauces and drizzles for desserts, steep whole leaves with Stevia leaves in boiling water to create a fruity and sweet tea. Mix with Stevia, Lime Verbena and cream to make a great topping for fruit salad.

Mints require open soil with summer moisture. Given these conditions they can run away so should be planted where this is desired or in large pots.

Regular applications of Maxicrop will keep it looking its best. Cut back annually to keep under control.
