Hydrangea paniculata 'Sundae Fraise'

Gorgeous flowers that begin green and white and mature through a range of pinks throughout summer and autumn. Hydrangea paniculata can be positioned in full sun or part shade. Growing to 1.2 m tall and wide, they can be planted in the ground or in pots. Great colour for small spaces, patios, balconies and entertainment areas. Exceptionally compact and fast growing as well as sun hardy and easy to grow. 

Water requirements are medium. Hydrangeas prefer a but well drained soil. Avoid watering the flowers and leaves, water at the base of the plant. Feed in early spring for optimum results. Remove spent flower heads after flowering finishes.

CAMELLIA ‘PARADISE SARAH’
Is the first in flower this year. Paradise Sarah, bred & grown in Australia to suit Australian conditions. All Camellia sasanqua in the Paradise Camellia sasanqua collection are early flowering and flower over an extended period throughout autumn and winter.
An outstanding selection. It has a thick, neat, upright growth habit with small shiny deep green foliage, forming the ideal backdrop for the delicate, double white blooms, that shade to pink at the petal margins. Performs well in full sun or part shade and is suitable for hedges and screens. Ideal for display tubs, mass planting or accent planting

ANEMONE 'DAINTY SWAN'
Dainty Swan offers a prolific display of white flowers late summer through autumn. Flowers differ from other Anemones as they have pink on the reverse of petals and dark maroon stems from
It is perfect for a wild flower boarder in low light areas beneath tree canopies as a low shrub with a height of 50cm x 40cm.
All Anemones grow well in most soil types that are moist but well draining. Occasional long soaks during extended periods of heat is recommended. No pruning generally required. Feed during spring  and autumn with a slow release fertiliser for best results. Mulch well to retain moisture during dry periods.
GLECHOMA 'CREEPING CHARLIE'
With ornamental foliage ideal as ground cover or for cascading over walls or from baskets. Creeping Charlie displays deep blue flowers during spring and forms a low mound of evergreen foliage dappled with creamy white which adds brightness to low light areas. 
It grows well in most soils that are moist but well draining. Do not allow to dry out over extended periods of heat. No pruning generally required.

Monstera siltepecana

A stunning Monstera native to Ecuador with deep green leaves covered in silver markings that fade as the plant matures. They also produce holes similar to Monstera Adensonii but less pronounced as the plant ages.

Prefers well drained soil and a bright spot away from direct sun and water when the soil feels dry or the leaves start to droop.

White Sage - Salvia apiana

An attractive large shrub with silvery grey foliage and pale flowers that is suited to very dry, well drained areas.

Flavours/Food Partners: Flavours well with other strong herbs like rosemary, oregano and common sage. Can be used to add flavour to stuffing, sausages and gamey meat. The seeds can be ground to produce a powder which can then be made into a paste and used as a batter, bread or porridge.

Health/Cooking/Medicinal: Can be added at any stage in the cooking and it can also be used in teas, and cool drinks as an healing tonic. Widely used by Native American and Native Mexican tribes in their natural medicine, religious ceremonies and as a cleansing smoke when made into a smudge stick.

Landscaping/Planting: Requires a well drained location in full sun. Looks good in any succulent, desert or xeriscape garden planting especially warm coastal regions..

Cultivation/Fertiliser: Cut back any old or dead foliage and apply the recommended dose of Maxicrop and regularly in summer and early autumn.
