Winter rain = perfect conditions for fungal disease.
Now is the time to spray to prevent pest and disease in spring.
Copper spray the ideal solution, it is easy to mix and spray on.  This spray works via dehydration, so spray in the morning on a clear day, two weeks apart. After at least 2 applications of copper spray switch to Eco Pest Oil.
Eco Pest Oil  smothers pests in hibernation, preventing them from hatching in spring. This spray works via suffocation of pests and is very safe for humans. Both sprays are a cost effective way to prevent spring ailments. Applying now insures healthy growth and therefore greater fruit production. Keep an eye out for our spring newsletters and learn what to fertilise for maximum fruit production.
TIP- make sure you apply a heavy drench, ensuring liquid runs down the stem into all crevices.

Sansevieria trifasciata

Invite the Mother-in-law indoors at your place. It is most commonly known as the snake plantmother-in-law's tongue or viper's bowstring hemp. You can’t get more low maintenance then this one.
It is popular as a houseplant because it is tolerant of low light levels and irregular watering; during winter it needs only one watering every couple of months. It will rot easily if over watered.
The NASA Clean Air Study found S. trifasciata has air purification qualities, removing 4 of the 5 main toxins. It exchanges oxygen and carbon dioxide using the Crassulacean acid metabolism process, unique because few plant species have developed it. This process also allows them to withstand drought.
