Peperomia obtucifolia if a very hardy, almost succulent, indoor plant that requires very little maintenance. They like a warm and well lit spot indoors, but can be easy to over water do ease off during the colder months.
This particular obtucifolia variety has an unusual wide trailing habit rather than the usual upright bushy habit

It grows to 50cm and tolerates hot sun to part shade.
