Red Watermelon Peperomia in Dark Green Combo

Wow Watermelon Peperomia are back! Gorgeous batch with stunning heart shape leaves in abundance. Great for a shelf or desktop. Water  sparingly; they prefer drier conditions and a good level of natural light.

 Create a water bowl!

Would you love a water feature but don't think you have the space?
A water bowl is easy to keep clean and quick to set up. Try some easy care plants to create a layered effect. Choose the evergreen varieties so they look good all year round.

Restio tetraphyllus ( Tassel Rush ) is an
evergreen versatile water plant which grows in sun or shade to 1.5m or less if kept in smaller pots. The new growth can have a slight tinge of red in spring and it makes a great place for birds to hide.

Cyperus Prolifter is a dwarf Papyrus an evergreen dwarf tassel, grass-like plant. It grows to 45cm in height and does best if kept moist at all times. Will grow in part shade to full sun and is frost sensitive. Great for water bowls in any position.

Duck Weed and Gold Fish

Create a water birdbath with sweet floating gold fish and Duck weed. Floating animals are glazed ceramic so they will last for years. The best part is they will never need feeding from $9.99each.

Duck weed, grown in warm, high nutrient conditions can potentially double every 4 days. However these plants are also a great food source for aquatic life including fish, tadpoles and water birds. The other benefit of duckweeds is in their ability to improve water quality.

Peperomia 'Red Luna' in Matte Pink Orchid Pot

Peperomia ‘Red Luna’ has a fabulous deep red colour and its leaves have deep ridges which make this plant unique. A great vivid addition of colour for your indoor plant collection.

Place in a bright luminescent area away from direct sun rays to avoid leaf burn. Check water twice a week by feeling the top of the soil for moisture. If you feel moisture, leave it for now. When almost dry, the size of the pot will determine how much water you need to give. Enough water to cover the top of the pot is ideal. Never sit in a tray of water. Apply B-Green Fertilizer twice a year in spring and autumn. A monthly application of Maxicrop Indoor Plant Food will re-invigorate leaves and roots to rejuvenate growth.

Refreshing Lemongrass

This perennial herb has grassy foliage that has a lemon flavour and smell. Stems can be picked from the base of the plant and used fresh or dried. Great for curries, stir-fries and herbal teas. Produces the fragrant stems over the warmer months then goes into dormancy over winter in colder climates. Stems can be harvested and dried before the colder weather to ensure a supply of lemon grass for winter.

Best suited to warm sunny position and grown in a pot so it can moved into a protected position away from the frost in winter. Kepp potting mix moist for best results. Drought and frost tender. Height 1m
