New Colour Polyanthus
New varieties are always appearing in our colour pot range. These blue with red faces and green centre with maroon fading are both bright and showy. Did you know whilst polyanthus or ‘primrose’ are usually used in annual plantings, they can actually flower for a second year in a row. Just add some fertilizer to give energy for the second year's show.
$2.99 or 10 for $25

Philodendron Micans has beautiful velvety, heart-shaped leaves that can appear deep green or reddish depending on the light source. They have a distinct vine foliage which makes an amazing addition to any room.
Paired here with a matt grey Nova pot to accentuate the velvety foliage.

Cauliflower

Great flavour and easy to grow.Cauliflower pegasus has large green leaves and produces firm large white sweet heads. Best grown in all day sun in humus rich soil.

Make sure to prepare the soil prior to planting. Mixing in a bag of well-aged animal manure or compost can help to condition and revitalise tired soil. Make sure to blend compost/manure with the pre-existing soil, mixing together thoroughly.  Give the plant some maxicrop seaweed fertiliser to help settle the roots.

If planting into a pot, make sure the container selected is large enough for the plant which is going to be planted. Never pot a plant into a container which is too small. Use a premium quality potting mix as this has all the added fertilisers and wetting agents required for having a healthy plant.

Cauliflower is great for many winter recipes such as soup.

FEED INDOORS AND OUT WITH MAXICROP

We have used Maxicrop at Botanical Creations since day one. It has seaweed and food in the one bottle. Great for growth and root development. Plus it is more economical then Seasol (seaweed only) & Powerfeed as you require two products to do the same job as Maxicrop.
