Blueberry 'Powder Blue' 200 mm

Excellent big summer berry, especially for warmer states. Plant with earlier-fruiting Brightwell variety for the best crop. Tough hardy 'rabbiteye' blueberry with a later fruiting season. Flowers spring to early summer followed by clusters of powder blue berries in time for Christmas. Deciduous in cool climates with red autumn colour.

 Berries are packed with antioxidants, vitamins and are an excellent source of fibre. Eat fresh or use in pies, muffins, fruit salads and desserts. Grow in a full sun position in free draining , humus rich soil. Protect from strong winds. Feed with Azalea Camellia fertiliser, as they love acidic food . Prune old stems and dead wood at the end of winter.
