Ceropegia woodii
An evergreen succulent trailing vine that grows perfectly in a hanging basket or container. This decorative houseplant creates charming heart-shaped leaves with lacy patterns of white and purple.
Hardy in warm areas, providing strong indirect light when indoors. Position in a sheltered aspect outdoors. Tolerates lower light conditions. Re-pot every couple of years.
Water when soil feels dry or plant starts to droop. Keep soil moist but not wet, watering more in summer and less in winter.
