Telopea 'Waratah Digger' 200 mm

'Digger' is a new, brilliant salmon-pink Waratah.

A vigorous, low maintenance variety, tall and slender in habit.

Grow in well-drained, acidic soil and use a natural mulch for moisture retention. Do not fertilise young Waratahs at planting time, but allow them to establish before feeding with slow-release native plant food.

If growing in full sun, avoid a direct westerly aspect.

North or cooler sheltered sites are preferred.

In containers, water daily, feed with a native slow release fertiliser and shade over summer.

Pick all flowers to maintain shape and encourage a bushy habit.
